Payments

All payments are to be made by card or online. Cash is not accepted.

Once payment has been received, then the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions.

To reserve a date, either a £20 booking fee (£50 for weddings) or full payment is required.

We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void. Booking fees are non refundable.

Changes

The date of your full or final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavours of the order. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellations

If the order is cancelled more than one week prior to the collection/delivery date, refund of the payment will be made minus the booking fee. 

If the order is cancelled within one week prior to the collection/delivery date then any payments made are non refundable.

 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, all money that has been paid will be refunded in full.

Customer Responsibility

The Plant Patisserie takes no responsibility for any damage to the product after it has been collected/delivered or after set up is complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an appropriate environment for storage and set up of the product.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 24 hours after collection/delivery to give a fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint. You may be required to return the product for assessment.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. Please ensure that someone will be available on the date of delivery to accept the order. 

If the delivery is to a wedding/event venue, details on how to access the building as well as set up times/facilities will need to be provided. The Plant Patisserie takes no responsibility for any damage to the cake/product after it has been delivered to the venue. 

If no one is there to accept the delivery, the cake/product will be left at the address in the safest place that can be found. If there is no safe place, the order will be taken back and must be collected, or if redelivery is possible then this will be an additional charge.

Allergen Information

The Plant Patisserie kitchen is 100% vegan and handles the following allergens: 

- gluten

- peanuts

- nuts

- soy

- sesame

- sulphites

- mustard

- celery

Due to production methods of some purchased ingredients, traces of other allergens may also be present. 

You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions

General Terms

All products are made by hand. This means they may not all be identical or exactly as previously photographed.

While we are more than happy to consider specific customer design requests and/or photos provided, we will not directly copy another artist’s work and reserve the right to use our own artistic expression.

 

All designs and intellectual property rights remain the property of The Plant Patisserie Limited.

 

We reserve the right to use images of your cake for any form of advertising including web-based promotions, brochures, galleries and social media.

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, covid, and other causes beyond our control.
