All payments are to be made via bank transfer. Cash or credit cards are not accepted.
Once payment has been received and accepted, then the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions.
Where possible, I will try to accommodate any changes to the agreed cake details, however this may result in additional charges.
If the order is cancelled more than one week prior to the collection/delivery date, refund of the payment will be made minus a £10 administration fee. Alternatively the order can be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost.
If the order is cancelled within one week prior to the collection/delivery date then any payments made are non refundable.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your order, all money that has been paid will be refunded in full.
The Plant Patisserie takes no responsibility for any damage to the product after it has been delivered/collected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct handling, transporting and storage that is provided within the FAQ’s or as individually instructed where applicable.
If you are unhappy with your order, please notify me within 24 hours after collection/delivery to give a fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint.
Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. Please ensure that someone will be home on the date of delivery to accept the order. If there is no one to accept the delivery, the cake will be left at the address in the safest place that can be found. Re-delivery is not available.
All products are made fresh to order and are handmade. This means they may not all be identical or exactly as previously photographed.
While I am more than happy to consider specific customer design requests and/or photos provided, I will not directly copy another artist’s work and reserve the right to use my own artistic expression.
All designs and intellectual property rights remain the property of The Plant Patisserie Limited.
We reserve the right to use images of your cake for any form of advertising including web-based promotions, brochures, galleries and social media.

What ingredients are used in your cakes?
Everything in my kitchen is vegan and includes organically sourced ingredients such as flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, sunflower oil, coconut milk, soy milk and a variety of nuts, just to name a few. Please note that my kitchen does contain gluten and nuts.
If you would like to order a gluten free or nut free cake, I cannot guarantee that traces of these allergens will not be present.
